SHIOK ARH!

Its 4.48 now!
Was in the kitchen since 12.30pm!

From weighing of many many ingredients of weird weights to filling into the pouches.
Followed by sealing! Have been helping the chef till 3.45 and i still have to cook the pasta by 4.30! Get all the ingredients ready and i start cooking!
waiting for the oil to get warm before i put the garlic all those.
wait and wait but i din see any pop pop so i just put in the garlic and onions!
GUESS WHAT?!
there's smoke!!!!!
and
BLACK STUFF :(

no choice, i have to re-weigh those ingredients again!!
hmm this time better! the taste and smell was not bad!
And was able to get all things done before 4.15! :D

a sense of satisfaction

From work till now, its the first time i felt that the time pass so fast!
I like this feeling man!!
But i think i smell like the kitchen now!!!

Alright, enough of those! i gonna make a trip to the toilet now!
and then half an hour more to PACK UP time! :D
