went blood donation with jamie after school.

its our third time going tgt! and still counting!

all the way to outram... slept on the bus cos too tired!

this one i dun think is pain.

but dont know why alot say this is the most pain one!

the most pain one i think is the second poke!

give you numb numb..

that one hor needle really sharp arh!

go into my hand still okay..

but when the nurse start to inject and release, i can feeel the painfulness!!!

ouch~

then after that is alright loh..

not pain but no strength to suqeeze!

becos my weight is less than 50kg plus my veins too small,

they only collected around 350mL of blood from me. which is enough to save one kid?

i dont know!

normally is 500mL one.. can save 3 lives leh! dont know why this time they gave me that.

last time they i was suppose to pump out 500mL.. always took the longest even though i start first.

this time faster! haha. the nurse ask me not to eat so much! maintain my weight!

if not next time come with 50kg, i will have to donate 500mL which they dun think i can make it! cos blood pumps out too slow already! later if blood starts to clot, then the whole bag of blood will be useless.
