oh man! had quite a variety of food today! yummy!!
morning:
-a cup of luo han guo
-a slice of white bread with butter
afternoon:
-fish soup + rice
tea time:
-strawberry pocky: 230 cal!!! (lucky is share! i ate around 2/3?)
-yoghurt
-kinder bueno(white choc)-not a healthy choc compare to normal and dark!
-mango icecream(one stick)
dinner:
-plain waffle
-1/2 jumbo chicken hotdog!
-grassjelly drink
thats alll! actually also not alot! so still okay!
but i wonder how much calories i had today!
if i engage in light activites everyday, then i only nid around 1644cal/day!
anyway one day must not exceed 2000cal!
to maintain my weight! okay!
shall sleep early so tmr dun nid extra calories!
